- Set up equipment and supplies for food prep
- Prepare meals according to provided recipes
- Ensure compliance with prescribed diets and portion controls
- Monitor food quality and report issues promptly
- Assist in training new team members
- Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Experience in institutional or hospitality cooking
- Positive attitude toward kitchen standards
- Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check
- Willingness to retrain in food preparation certification
