Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions are noted.
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently while checking on guests' satisfaction throughout their meal.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following all restaurant policies.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others is highly valued.
