Warehouse Team Lead
Our client is a busy growing company in Port Coquitlam. They are looking for a Warehouse Lead who directs the receipt of all in-bound and out-bound goods, planned customer orders, provides internal and/or external resources necessary to meet delivery needs. Handles all related administrative duties. 2PM-10PM shift.
Requirements:
Our client is a busy growing company in Port Coquitlam. They are looking for a Warehouse Lead who directs the receipt of all in-bound and out-bound goods, planned customer orders, provides internal and/or external resources necessary to meet delivery needs. Handles all related administrative duties. 2PM-10PM shift.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities.
- Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers
- Provide training, support and direction to employees
- Demonstrate leadership through effective teamwork
- Directs and administers processing of U.S, customs documents and bills of lading
- Coordinates with Sales personnel on the return for credit of damages
- Other as required
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years experience working in a shipping/receiving department
- Ability to prioritize and direct staff as required
- Knowledge of US shipments, UPS and FedEx platform.
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office.
