As an essential part of the Financial Services team, you will serve as the Controller for specific service areas. Key Responsibilities
- Develop operating and capital budgets with detailed funding plans
- Monitor and analyze financial expenditures for accuracy
- Provide consultative support on budgeting and cash flows
- Conduct comprehensive reviews to identify funding needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders on financial reports and analyses
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field is required
- Minimum 6 years of directly related experience
- CPA designation is essential
- Knowledge of Local Government Act and accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP
