Senior Manager, Global Mobility Tax Services

Elevate your career at EY as a Senior Manager in Global Mobility Tax Services. This role focuses on expatriate tax, compliance, and advisory solutions in a collaborative environment. In this position, you will lead the People Advisory Services – Mobility team, providing high-quality tax services for clients with international mobility needs. You will analyze and secure client tax data, review US and Canadian tax returns, and develop mobility policies. Additionally, you'll contribute to business development and engage in client interactions across the globe. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze tax data for Canadian and US filing positions
- Review personal income tax returns for clients
- Advise on tax implications in different jurisdictions
- Lead mobility engagements and business development
- Develop and innovate new service offerings
- Minimum of 8 years in US/Canadian expatriate tax
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA or EA credential preferred
- Expertise in automated tax processing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Visio
