In-House Counsel — AI SaaS Deals & Growth

Docebo-1

Docebo is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead end-to-end negotiations for global enterprise deals, shaping AI software terms and privacy considerations. You will partner with Sales, Deals desk, Partnerships, and Finance to safeguard revenue while enabling strategic growth.

The role requires a JD/LLB and 3+ years in SaaS/Tech as an in-house lawyer, with strong contract drafting, privacy knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work in a global team.
