Signal Processing Specialist for Healthcare

Norbert Health

Transform healthcare delivery as a Signal Processing Specialist at Norbert, focusing on vital sign extraction from video. Lead algorithm development for revolutionary medical technology. In this pivotal role on our algorithm and development team, you will create algorithms that harness video data to monitor vital signs. Work collaboratively with computer vision engineers and help us address the global nursing shortage through innovative technology for real facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Develop algorithms for extracting physiological signals from video
Design filtering techniques for clinical-grade accuracy
Validate measurements against clinical devices in research studies
Ensure timed synchronization between sensors and video streams
Integrate with existing C++ computer vision solutions

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
5+ years professional experience in signal processing
Strong knowledge of physiological signal processing
Proficient in Python and C++ programming
Experience with real-time systems and validation methodologies
