Collection Agent - 3-Month Contract

Mission I am looking for a collections agent for a temporary assignment of at least 3 months in Boisbriand. This is a 4-day-a-week position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring customer accounts and sending payment reminders;
• Communicating with customers by phone and email to resolve late payment issues;
• Analyze accounts receivable and identify overdue invoices;
• Perform reconciliations and make necessary adjustments to accounts;
• Keep customer files up to date and document follow-ups;
• Assist with various administrative tasks related to accounts receivable and collections.

Your profile Your Profile:

-Experience in accounting and/or customer service
-Bilingual in French and English to communicate with suppliers in other Canadian provinces
-Able to work 4 days a week in person
-Comfortable communicating over the phone
