Office and Inventory Manager

Job Responsibility:
Duties- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management.- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate operations.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory levels, negotiate pricing, and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory item descriptions and images for integration to online store- Complete daily cash out reconciliations- Submit and maintain regular warranty return follow up
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting experience preferred- Proficient in using excel, word and POS systems- Web and Image editing preferred- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with order picking, packing, and shipping processes.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
