Our Expeditors are the bridge between the culinary and service teams, making sure dishes are executed correctly and delivered on time. They keep things moving efficiently without sacrificing the standard that only perfect plates leave our kitchen. These passionate people love a challenge and thrive in our fun, fast-paced restaurant.
Job Type: Seasonal (May to October 2025)
Full Time and Part Time available
As a Food Expeditor, you will...
- Main source of high-level communication between the culinary and service teams
- Ensure all orders are completed to standard and sent out to the correct tables
- Be familiar with all the food and beverage items on the menu
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure each order is prepared as requested
- Assist with catering support shifts for various events on the estate as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 1 year of previous experience in similar role
- Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season
- Valid Food Safe Level 1
- Serving It Right certification is an asset
- WSET level 1 or equivalent experience an asset
