Manufacturing Process Manager

Lead manufacturing process optimization at IPEX’s Scarborough, Ontario plant using production analysis, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis expertise.The Process Manager ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective production processes. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role monitors performance, applies corrective actions, and advances plant goals. Collaboration spans Manufacturing Excellence, Set-Up, Maintenance, Production, Scheduling, and Operations teams.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze cycle times, downtime, scrap, and operating performanceImplement sustainable process improvements supporting plant objectivesManage equipment, tooling, facility resources, and manufacturing processesDevelop and communicate performance metrics, reports, and presentationsLead setup and process teams toward production targetsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum three years’ progressive manufacturing leadership experienceUnderstanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality systemsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and team-building capabilitiesApply engineering principles, operational analysis, and process leadership to improve manufacturing performance and product quality at IPEX.
