Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer

The role leads new product industrialization and continuous improvement across existing production lines. Lead industrialization strategies from pilot builds through full-rate productionOptimize designs through DFM/DFA initiatives for manufacturability and cost efficiencyDevelop production cell architectures, process flows, and assembly instructionsEliminate bottlenecks using Lean, Kaizen, and 5S methodologiesAdminister HERMES MES and SAP production structuresRequirements:
Bachelor of Applied Science or Bachelor of Engineering degreeMinimum five years in electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturingExperience with box builds and system final assembly preferredProven ability managing complex product structures in SAP and MESFamiliarity with IPC-A-610/620 electronics manufacturing standardsUse DFM/DFA, Lean methods, SAP, and MES expertise to advance GE Vernova manufacturing processes in Markham.
