Regional Dental Operations Manager

Dental Corporation of America (DCA)

Lead Dentalcorp clinics across North GTA and Barrie remotely, using coaching and operational leadership to strengthen patient care and performance.

As Regional Manager, you will report to the Senior Director, Operations, while guiding Clinic and Office Managers. Your work spans multi-site leadership, financial performance, patient experience, and sustainable growth. Regular travel throughout the region supports clinic visits, change leadership, and operating consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach Clinic and Office Managers across the region
Develop leadership capability and succession strength
Champion patient-centred care and quality standards
Drive operational improvement and clinic integration
Own regional P&L performance and business reviews

Requirements:

5+ years of multi-site management experience
Dental or healthcare experience is preferred
Strong financial acumen and KPI analysis skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities
Valid driver's license and frequent regional travel availability
