Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Senior Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a creative flair and a love for all things botanical, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs- Manage inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies- Oversee the maintenance of the floral shop and garden areas- Utilize POS systems for transactions and cashiering duties- Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell floral products- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences- Stay updated on current trends in the floral industry and implement innovative ideas- Handle e-commerce orders and ensure timely delivery
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Florist or similar role- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively- Proficiency in POS systems for transactions- Ability to communicate fluently in English; multilingual skills are a plus- Experience in landscape maintenance is beneficial- Creative flair with an eye for design and detail- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for online sales
