Lead the evolution of people strategies as the Director of People and Culture at illumin. Drive organizational effectiveness in a hybrid work environment.
In this pivotal role reporting to the COO, you will shape illumin's people strategy during a transformative time. You will work closely with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement, performance, and leadership capabilities. Your strategic insight will influence how we manage talent and navigate organizational design, ensuring alignment with our future growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strengthen partnerships with business leaders
• Coach senior managers on effective leadership practices
• Innovate and improve existing HR programs
• Guide leaders through organizational changes
• Foster a positive culture and employee experience
Requirements:
• HR business partnering experience in tech or SaaS
• Expertise in leadership coaching and development
• Balanced strategic and tactical skills
• Strong understanding of business operations
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Contribute to shaping the organizational culture at illumin by driving impactful people initiatives that support our strategic vision.
