The Role
We’re searching for an innovative and inspiring Creative Director to lead and elevate our creative vision across campaigns, content, production, and social media. If you’re a bold thinker with a passion for culture-shaping ideas, collaborative leadership, and pushing creative boundaries, we want to meet you.
You’ll work closely with agency leadership, strategy, account, production, and social teams to create impactful, insight-driven work that connects brands and people in meaningful ways. This role is equal parts creative leadership, mentorship, and hands‑on collaboration, helping guide projects from idea through execution while fostering an environment where creativity thrives.

The Creative Director will be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring multidisciplinary creative teams to produce high‑impact work across brand, social, digital, content, and experiential
- Helping define and guide the creative direction across projects while ensuring work aligns with client objectives and Mint’s creative standards
- Partnering closely with production, operations, strategy, PR, and account teams to deliver thoughtful, integrated creative solutions
- Supporting and championing social‑first thinking alongside Mint’s social leadership team to create culturally relevant and best‑in‑class social work
- Providing mentorship and creative guidance to designers, writers, art directors, creators, and emerging talent while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture
- Leading presentations and participating in client conversations with clarity, confidence, and strong storytelling
- Contributing to new business opportunities and pitches through compelling creative thinking and presentation development
- Helping maintain efficient creative workflows and strong collaboration between creative, production, and operations teams
- Championing the agency’s creative ambition, culture, and standards while contributing ideas, craft, and leadership across the organization
- Ensuring creative output is strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and executed to the highest standard
The must‑have skills:
- Proven experience in a senior creative role within a creative agency environment
- A strong portfolio of integrated, non‑traditional, and traditional work demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, storytelling, and brand‑building expertise
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams, including art directors, copywriters, designers, and production partners
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently sell through creative ideas and build trusted client relationships
- Experience contributing to or leading new business pitches and creative presentations
- A collaborative leadership style that empowers teams while encouraging experimentation, innovation, and creative excellence
- Strong understanding of social‑first creative thinking and contemporary culture
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives and client needs
- Experience working closely with production and operations teams to support strong workflows and high‑quality execution
- A progressive mindset and openness to new ways of thinking, creating, and collaborating

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $150,000–$170,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs. This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of Mint’s total rewards program.
