Senior Client Data Analyst Analytics

Drive client strategy through advanced statistical analysis and actionable insights as a Client Data Analyst II at Mosaic. This is a full time corporate position.As a Client Data Analyst II, you will partner with clients and teams to strengthen measurement and field team success. The work applies Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools across complex datasets. You will support sales and marketing objectives through experiments, modeling, and data driven recommendations.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methodsDevelop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytical methodologiesDesign and interpret A/B and multivariate experimentsBuild models for customer behavior and sales performanceCommunicate insights and recommendations to diverse audiencesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative fieldThree to five years of relevant experienceProficiency in Python, R, SPSS, or statistical softwareIntermediate to advanced SQL skillsExperience translating findings into business recommendationsApply advanced analytics, experimentation, and client partnership to advance Mosaic’s data driven marketing programs.
