Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights from large, diverse datasets.Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity for model training and deployment.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define analytical objectives and deliver actionable recommendations.Communicate complex technical findings and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science community within the organization.Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the impact of model deployments.Develop scalable and production-ready code for data analysis and model deployment.Requirements
Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role.Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning techniques (e.G., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning), and experimental design.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.G., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.Experience with big data technologies (e.G., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.Benefits
