As a Sales Representative, you will do more than sell cars. You will create experiences. From the first conversation to the moment a customer drives away in their new vehicle, you will play a key role in one of life’s most exciting purchases. This is your chance to understand people, match them with the right solution, and build trust that keeps customers coming back. Compensation and Earnings
- Earning potential of $100,000+ annually.
- To support your growth, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 per week for your first year, unless commissions exceed that amount.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build genuine relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey, from first introduction to delivery
- Share your product knowledge and highlight the benefits of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and pre-owned vehicles
- Deliver a consistently positive, customer-first experience
- Work with teammates to meet sales goals and contribute to dealership success
- Stay current on product features, promotions, and industry trends
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty
What We are Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but motivated learners are welcome
- Goal-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Energetic, professional, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
