ROLE PROFILE:

As the Brand Ambassador at Miller Paving Limited, you will serve as the welcoming face of the organization, managing front office operations while ensuring every visitor and caller experiences a warm, professional, and seamless introduction to our company. This role combines reception duties with administrative support and event coordination. It requires a polished communicator who is proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about promoting the Miller brand experience both internally and externally. You will be essential in ensuring a professional and customer-focused atmosphere at our Corporate Head Office.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner while ensuring all guest sign-in and safety protocols are followed
• Manage the main phone line by answering, screening, and forwarding calls as appropriate, and providing accurate information when needed
• Ensure the reception area and boardrooms are always clean, organized, and presentation-ready, before and after meetings
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services in a timely and organized manner
• Support departments with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and scheduling
• Maintain and update office calendars, administrative records, and shared communication tools
• Manage meeting logistics, including boardroom booking, refreshments, and room setup as needed
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives by supporting announcements, posters, or event coordination
• Assist with special projects, data entry, or reporting tasks as assigned by leadership
• Provide coordination and support for company events

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front-office support role is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer service
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone
• Strong ability to adapt to new technology and troubleshoot
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a corporate or construction industry office environment is an asset
• A current drivers license is preferred as some coordination of resources for events is required

COMPENSATION:

This position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000. Placement within the range will be determined based on the successful candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and overall alignment with the requirements of the role
