Key Responsibilities:
• Drive high-performance within engineering teams
• Implement strategies for operational excellence

• Oversee cloud infrastructure and security compliance

Requirements:
• 4+ years managing engineering teams
• 8+ years of professional and software engineering experience
• At least 5 years in mission-critical software delivery
• Strong knowledge of AWS and CI/CD practices
• Experience managing B2B software projects
