What will your typical day look like?

Our team is looking for Senior Consultants to play a key role on M&A and growth capital transactions. As part of your role, you will co-ordinate and perform critical aspects throughout the transaction lifecycle in a client-facing roles, including:
• Developing an understanding of a client's business and its drivers
• Performing financial and valuation analysis, including detailed financial modelling
• Preparing transaction marketing documents, including confidential information memoranda and management presentations for investors and lenders
• Conducting financial, business and industry due diligence
• Developing pitch presentations on actionable M&A and financing opportunities
• Supporting internal/external business development initiatives

The Corporate Finance team is a collaborative group that creates value for clients undergoing a capital raise, merger, acquisition or divestiture. Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with:

• Completion or progression toward a finance or accounting designation (CPA, MBA, CBV or CFA)
• Deep understanding of technical corporate finance, capital markets, valuation methodologies, and financial accounting
• Relevant work knowledge of corporate finance, investment banking, corporate banking or corporate development with proven exposure to valuation, financial modelling, and transaction execution processes
• Ability to build and interpret financial models, including trading comps, transaction comps, DCF, and LBO analyses, and to develop detailed financial forecasts
• Experience supporting M&A or capital markets processes, including preparation of marketing materials (CIM, teaser), managing diligence workflows, and coordinating information flow across stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong digital technology skills in productivity tools (MS Excel, Powerpoint), GenAI tools (Claude, MS CoPilot) and research tools (Pitchbook,Capital IQ)
• Ability to conduct structured industry, company, and buyer research and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for deal teams and clients
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively within deal teams and across stakeholders, including clients, buyers, and internal professionals
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and client-ready materials (e.g. presentations, CIM sections, research outputs)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize financial, market, and transaction data into actionable insights and recommendations

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
