Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Restoration to lead a diverse portfolio of restoration and rehabilitation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys client-facing responsibilities, project leadership, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage building restoration projects from assessment and design through construction and project close-out
- Conduct site investigations, condition assessments, and technical review
- Prepare and review engineering reports, specifications, and restoration recommendations
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and a fee proposal
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
- Support the growth and development of junior staff through mentorship and technical guidance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives
Qualificatio
- 5+ years of experience in Building Restoration, Building Envelope, Structural Rehabilitation, or related consulting engineering project
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Science, Architectural Science, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of building systems, restoration methodologies, construction practices, and applicable building codes
- Proven project management and client relationship management experience
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Canada or be eligible for registration with the applicable provincial engineering association (PEO, EGBC, APEGA, or equivalent)
