Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator

Location: Bedford, NS

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

The Administrative Support Coordinator will assist with customer order follow-up, internal coordination, data entry, and customer service support. This role involves tracking order updates, communicating with customers and internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve customer inquiries in a professional manner.

This position is suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating by email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.

Responsibilities:

• Track and follow up on customer orders, including shipment status and delivery confirmation
• Communicate order updates with customers, vendors, and internal teams by email, Microsoft Teams, or phone
• Enter customer orders, delivery details, and tracking information accurately
• Maintain organized customer and order records
• Provide timely support to customers regarding order status and general inquiries
• Assist with resolving customer concerns in a professional manner
• Complete basic reporting and data analysis as required
• Support internal coordination and daily administrative tasks
• Perform other administrative or customer service duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, clerical, customer service, or office support role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding items
• Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
