Join JDI IT as an ERP Application Specialist, where you’ll play a key role supporting the largest ERP environment in the organization. You will work closely with Finance, Payroll, and business teams to improve systems, enhance reporting, and deliver solutions that drive real operational impact across the enterprise.
This position requires full-time on-site presence.
Salary Range: $61,000 - 85,000
- Support, configure, and enhance ERP applications, with a focus on Finance and Payroll modules within JD Edwards
- Overseeing the enhancement and configuration of software applications within JD Edwards Finance & Payroll modules
- Act as key point of contact for application support, provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Explore and investigate data to develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into critical business decisions
- Build relationships and communicate with business teams to meet specific requirements including configuration, design and testing
- Locate and define process improvement opportunities that drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement
- Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders, identify risks, and escalate when necessary
Communicate technical concepts in easy-to-understand language for business stakeholders
- Education Required: Post Secondary Degree or College Diploma in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related discipline
- 3-5 years of professional work experience
- Experience supporting Finance and Payroll business processes
- Knowledge and experience with JD Edwards applications and ERP systems is an asset
- Proficiency in data visualization, dashboard creation and business intelligence tools is an asset
