Child Abuse Administrator

Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Child Abuse Administrator will be responsible for maintaining child abuse files always ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, maintain accurate recordings on the Provincial CFSIS database, Child Abuse Registry documentation, coordination of various meetings, including Abuse committee meetings, taking detailed minutes in a timely manner and provide overall administrative supports. This individual will report to the Child Abuse Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
• Maintain accurate Physical child abuse files
• Process and file child abuse registry documentation
• Maintain accurate minutes of various department meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records on the provincial CSFIS database
• Assist in the planning and execution of meetings as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong understanding of office administrative practices.
• Experience with the Provincial CFSIS database or applicable experience with data entry and databases.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is preferred.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Pay: Up to $58,517.00 per year
