C’est bien beau tout ça, mais une journée de travail en tant que Coordonnateur(rice) de projets, c’est quoi?

Voir au respect de la planification, de l’échéancier, du suivi de la productivité des employés, et du suivi des avancements du chantier;Actualiser le calendrier des planifications des activités du projet; Préparer les différentes commandes de matériels et assurer le suivi des livraisons;Préparer les dessins journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels; Analyser les plans de construction et préparer les commandes d’items préfabriqués;Assurer le suivi des activités des employés et comptabiliser leurs heures;Assister et aider le surintendant du projet avec ses tâches quotidiennes;Assurer la liaison et la communication entre l’équipe de chantier et de gestion;Participer aux réunions de coordination;Toute autre tâche connexe.

Ce Dont Vous Aurez Besoin

Bilingue (français, anglais) - Halifax (Ontario);Expérience dans le domaine de la construction (un atout);Détenir un permis de conduire valide et posséder un véhicule;Connaissance de la suite Office.

Here’s what your day to day will look like as a Project Coordinator?

Ensure the respect of the planning, the schedule, the follow-up of the productivity of the employees, and the follow-up of the progress of the site;Update the project activity planning calendar; Prepare various material orders and follow-up the deliveries;Prepare daily, weekly and monthly drawings; Analyze construction drawing and prepare orders for prefabricated items;Follow up on employees activities and record their hours;Assist and support the Project Superintendent with daily tasks;Serve as link and communication between the site and management teams;Participate in coordination meetings;Any other related tasks.

What You Will Need

Proviciency in English and French is considered an asset;Experience in the construction field (an asset);Possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle;Knowledge of the Office suite.
