Allied Universal is seeking Security Professionals in London, Ontario. 

Job Title : Mobile Supervisor 

Job Location : London, ON

Job Type : Part-Time

Pay Rate : $ 19.75 per hour 

Shifts : Saturdays - Sundays; (1200-2359)

Overview:

Allied Universal is currently hiring Security Professionals in London, ON to provide professional, front-line security services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and willing to work with a dynamic team.

Requirement :

• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm  .
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Valid Ontario security guard license
• Full G class Drivers License and a clear drivers abstract is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable with driving for a long period of time.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week.
• Valid First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
• Must be at least 25 years old for insurance purposes.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions :

• Patrol interior and exterior of facility, looking for signs of illegal / criminal activity, vagrancy, theft, property damage.
• Conduct regular communication checks with City of London Security dispatch.
• Access control for the facility/area
• Document shift activities in Daily Activity Report; complete incident reports with AUS mobile team.
• Present a polished, professional, customer friendly image at all times
• Ability to manage conflicts and incidents and to deescalate
• Patrolling and following protocols as per the post orders, which may include indoor or outdoor patrols, manage the movement of guests at various points throughout the property etc.
• Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
• Undertake site specific training, follow direction and guidance from Site Supervisor or Manager
• Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
• Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Operate/monitor security room equipment, Completion of site required training
