Pine Real Estate Brokerage (Pine Brokerage) is Pine's real estate arm, wholly owned by Pine Financial, and licensed in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. We have a rare opportunity where we are opening our doors to new agents, and we’re excited about what this means for us and our future team members. We're growing our group thoughtfully, with a limited number of seats across all three provinces, because we want every agent who joins us to feel like a genuine part of what we're building — not just a name on a roster.

The Role

We're looking for up to five  Licensed Real Estate Agents in Calgary who are established in the field and are looking to optimize their business. 

You've been licensed for at least three years, and you've built a steady stream of business on your own. Your current brokerage may “work”, but you know there’s a better fit.  You’ve heard the pitches about training, leads, stock options and revenue sharing, however at the end of the day you’re more concerned about selling real estate and providing a seamless homeownership journey for your clients.  

That's exactly what Pine Brokerage is here for. We're not a downline model, and you won't find recruiting quotas or revenue-share schemes here. Our energy goes into three things: generating great leads, making sure your clients have a genuinely great experience, and giving you a fee structure that puts more money in your pocket, not less.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent Pine Brokerage and the Pine brand in client transactions across the Greater Calgary Area, from the first hello through to closing day.
• Give clients the kind of experience Pine is known for — responsive, professional, and seamless.
• Team up with Pine Financial to make the home-buying journey feel smooth and connected for every client.
• Represent the Pine brand with care, in line with our brand guidelines.
• Work mortgage-prequalified leads provided by Pine alongside your existing pipeline.

Who You Are

• Licensed real estate agent in Calgary for 3+ years (small teams welcome to apply).
• Already servicing a book of business on your own.
