We are seeking a detail-oriented

Customer Service Representative to join our Winnipeg team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role provides direct support to customers and the sales team by ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Process purchase orders and confirm pricing details.
• Enter production, stocking, and release orders.
• Coordinate order updates, delivery timelines, and inventory information with customers and sales representatives.
• Maintain customer forecasts and inventory records.
• Support sales with RFQ requests, including previous order information, samples, and documentation.
• Verify finished goods and prepare required documentation for shipping.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for orders and samples.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
• Provide occasional reception support and assist with other duties as required.

Qualifications

When your expertise drives us

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset
