Lead financial excellence at Enova Power Corp as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Focus on strategic financial planning and community empowerment in a regulated environment. This executive role entails direct reporting to the President & CEO and serves as a key leader in the Finance Division. You will oversee all financial operations, provide expert advice on capital structure, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. This position also involves strategic oversight of M&A initiatives and risk management. Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel on financial strategy and governance
- Ensure compliance with financial policies
- Lead financial evaluations and partnerships
- Manage regulatory affairs and risk frameworks
- Conduct organizational budgeting and forecasts
- Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) required
- At least 15 years in senior leadership roles
- Experience in regulated utilities essential
- Expertise in financial analysis and leadership
- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships
