Grow your career with us as a Full-Time Insurance Sales Executive. If you have a RIBO License and over two years of Home and Auto insurance sales experience, we'd love to hear from you. As an Insurance Sales Executive, your expertise will drive sales and client satisfaction. You'll cross-sell additional insurance lines, negotiate coverage, and collaborate closely with underwriters. Your strong communication skills will help engage clients and ensure accurate coverage selection while achieving your sales quotas. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve acceptable closing ratios set by MPCS
- Prepare applications and negotiate coverage with carriers
- Conduct final quotation reviews and coverage selection
- Collaborate with underwriters for accurate coverage
- Analyze and recommend insurance coverage to clients
- Valid RIBO License is a must
- Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in insurance
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with Agency Manager (TAM)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
