Co-Manager, Fashion Retail—Omnichannel Leader

Groupe Dynamite Inc. in Ottawa is seeking a Co-Manager for GARAGE to drive a positive omni-channel shopping experience and foster loyal client relationships. You’ll lead by example, recruit, train and coach your team, and strive to exceed sales and productivity targets.
As a key partner to the Store Manager, you’ll maximize profitability, manage scheduling and daily operations, and promote a collaborative, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and customer focus.
