An Operations Assistant / Hotel Managing Supervisor is a hands-on operational role focused on helping ensure that the hotel runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
The basic responsibilities and expectations include:
Work closely with the General Manager in the daily operation of the hotel.
Directly supervise and oversee the Maintenance Department.
Monitor the different departments and help ensure that operations run smoothly.
Step in and provide operational support to any department when needed.
Assist with resolving guest complaints, service issues, and staff concerns.
Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on operational needs.
Be on call and available to come to the hotel on short notice when an urgent situation requires assistance.
Most importantly, be a TEAM PLAYER who is willing to help wherever needed and work collaboratively with all departments.
