Position Overview
The Restaurant Manager provides leadership for all Front of House operations and is responsible for overseeing restaurant, beverage, catering, and group sales functions. Working closely with the Operations Manager, Executive Chef, and Food & Beverage Director, this role plays a key part in driving guest satisfaction, team performance, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Front of House and bar operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Conduct performance management and ongoing staff development
- Manage scheduling, labor allocation, and resource planning
- Ensure service and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and supplier relationships
- Monitor cash handling procedures and financial controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Implement revenue-generating initiatives and cost-control measures
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and company policies
- Organize and support promotional activities and special events
- Foster clear communication between management and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge with a solid understanding of restaurant operations
- Experience with catering, banquet, or group dining operations is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional guest service and hospitality skills, including experience with VIP clientele
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling, payroll, inventory management, ordering, and reporting
- Serving It Right certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as required
