Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

Shape treasury technology as a Staff Software Engineer with Python, React, AWS, and hands-on architectural leadership in a remote-friendly model.Juniper Square is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to guide Treasury platform engineering. You will combine backend services, full-stack delivery, AI fluency, and technical mentorship. The team expands bank integrations, reporting, visualization, and vendor exports for treasury data and payments.Key Responsibilities:
Set technical direction and own architecture from design through productionWrite production code across frontend and backend systemsLead migration from monolith toward service-oriented architectureBuild AI-assisted workflows with human-in-the-loop safeguardsMonitor, diagnose, and resolve production service issuesRequirements:
12+ years in backend or full-stack software engineeringDeep expertise in Python, Node/TS, Java, C++, or C#Production experience with React, databases, AWS, Docker, and KubernetesExperience with CI/CD, observability, reliability, and infrastructure as codeHands-on AI-native development experience and a bachelor's degreeLead Treasury engineering through production code, scalable architecture, AI fluency, and strong technical decision-making at Juniper Square.
