This role combines strategic consulting, hands-on coaching, and business development within a flexible, remote-first working environment. Accountabilities - Sales Coaching and Performance Development: Deliver high-impact coaching engagements using established methodologies, tools, and frameworks to help clients improve sales effectiveness, strengthen leadership capabilities, and achieve sustainable revenue growth. - Strategic Workshops and Training: Facilitate sales team bootcamps, strategy sessions, workshops, and performance reviews that address client challenges, establish clear priorities, and translate business objectives into actionable sales strategies.

- Sales Playbook Development: Design and implement customized sales playbooks aligned with each client's business model, sales processes, target markets, and growth objectives. - Performance Measurement and Optimization: Assess sales performance using diagnostics, key performance indicators, and measurable outcomes. Identify performance gaps, recommend improvements, and establish accountability frameworks that support continuous progress. - Sales Hiring and Onboarding: Advise clients on sales recruitment, candidate evaluation, onboarding processes, and team development practices to help build effective, high-performing sales organizations. - Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with business owners and sales leaders, understand their commercial challenges, and provide practical guidance that supports long-term client success. - Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand client engagements, contribute to new business acquisition, and strengthen the consulting practice through effective sales conversations and relationship building. - Service and Methodology Development: Collaborate with internal colleagues to refine coaching approaches, develop new tools and services, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of client engagements. - Independent Delivery and Accountability: Manage coaching engagements autonomously, prioritize activities according to client needs, and maintain a strong focus on measurable outcomes rather than hours worked. - Bilingual Client Engagement: Deliver coaching, training, workshops, and consulting services confidently in both French and English, adapting communication and facilitation styles to diverse client audiences. Requirements - Professional Sales Experience: At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales and sales leadership, with a demonstrated record of delivering strong commercial results and improving sales performance.
