Summary

Centre for Suicide Prevention seeks a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. The Client Relations Coordinator will support the implementation and growth of Buddy Up, a men's suicide prevention campaign. This position will also assist with marketing and account management duties for the organization.

Description

Client Relations Coordinator

The Client Relations Coordinator will help organize and attend events as well as provide support for the Buddy Up campaign. They will also support marketing efforts and manage client accounts to foster strong relationships.

Requirements

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. A background in administrative support is beneficial, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience utilizing Salesforce for account management purposes is highly desirable.

Key functions

• Establish and maintain connections with clients by promoting the implementation of Buddy Up and suicide prevention training in their organizations.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend external events and presentations hosted by third-party organizations.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, business development, and performance analytics.
• Support scaling of the Buddy Up campaign by completing project administrative tasks, including data entry, shipping of campaign materials, and records maintenance.
• Assist with coordinating advisory committees and focus groups.
• Complete other duties as assigned

Hours

This is a full-time position based on a 35-hour work week. It is expected the Client Relations Coordinator will work five 7-hour days each week during office hours; overtime should rarely accrue. Agency events (including workshops) require a shift in work hours including evenings and weekends.
