Senior Sales Manager for Touring Shows

Lead commercial growth as the Senior Sales Manager at Cirque du Soleil in Montreal. Elevate touring shows through strategic sales management in a hybrid work environment. Cirque du Soleil is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the growth of its touring shows across the Americas. This permanent, full-time role requires leadership of Group Sales Managers and a Sales Coordinator. Transform business strategies into measurable sales results by effectively managing your team’s performance and market reach. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement group sales strategies for touring shows
Exceed monthly and annual sales targets consistently
Lead and support a high-volume sales team through all phases
Build a diverse portfolio of distribution partners across markets
Collaborate on pricing and inventory strategies with internal teams

Requirements:

8+ years in sales within entertainment, tourism, or hospitality
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role driving team success
Proven ability in account management and contract negotiations
Strong analytical skills leveraging Salesforce and data insights
Fluent in French and English, residing in Montreal
