Oncology Global Study Manager Role

Take charge of global clinical trials with a focus on oncology at a leading pharma company. Leverage your expertise in trial execution, timelines, and vendor management for success. We are seeking a Global Study Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of clinical trials. With a minimum of 3 years in the pharma/life sciences sector, candidates should possess robust experience in managing budgets and deliverables. This role emphasizes collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and tracking trial progress effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global oncology clinical trial lifecycle from start-up to closeout
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently
- Coordinate across teams including DM, Regulatory, and CROs
- Track enrollment and data delivery while overseeing vendor performance
- Ensure TMF quality and maintain inspection readiness
- 3+ years of clinical trial experience in pharma/life sciences
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and drug development lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with TMF and CTMS systems
- Mentorship experience in managing teams
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
