Our client, a small private equity‑backed manufacturing company with a 50‑year track record of quality and customer satisfaction, is seeking a President to drive its next phase of expansion into recent market segments. This critical leadership role will work alongside the ownership and an experienced team to optimize marketing, pricing strategies, and scalable manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and industry to craft and execute a strategic growth plan.
- Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to pinpoint key performance metrics.
- Lead scalable operational improvements while maintaining in‑house expertise.
- Drive sales and business development efforts to expand market share.
- Oversee ERP system selection and implementation to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure robust organizational leadership and adaptability in an entrepreneurial workplace.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing, with a proven track record of business growth.
- Strong sales and business development acumen.
- Experience with ERP system selection and implementation.
- Mechanical Engineering or similar degree; MBA preferred.
