? 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant managerial experience
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager at TekisHub Consulting Services Inc., you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including but not limited to:
? Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
? Authorizing and overseeing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
? Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and overseeing overall human resources planning.
? Establishing strategic objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs to achieve them.
? Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegating representatives to act on its behalf.
? Selecting, mentoring, and providing necessary authority to middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to create an optimal working environment.
