Clinical Team Operations Leadership role leading complex programs and site resourcing initiatives in a sponsor-dedicated model. The Program Manager will oversee workforce planning, cross-functional team coordination, and program delivery across clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including project managers and technical leads for seamless execution
- Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources while monitoring progress
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with regular transparency updates
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices for enhanced efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field
- Extensive program management experience with successful large-scale project delivery track record
- Strong leadership and team management skills in matrix environments
- Proficiency in project management tools, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence abilities across organizational levels
- Site resourcing and workforce planning experience with ability to manage competing priorities
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required; PMP certification a plus
