En tant qu'opérateur, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement et l'efficacité des équipements et des processus au sein de notre environnement axé sur la construction. Votre souci du détail et votre engagement envers la sécurité contribueront directement à la qualité de nos produits et au succès de nos projets.
Responsabilités
- Opérer des machines et équipements conformément aux protocoles établis et aux normes de sécurité.
- Surveiller les processus de production pour garantir des performances optimales et identifier les problèmes potentiels.
- Effectuer l'entretien courant et le dépannage des équipements selon les besoins.
- Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs et respecter les délais de production.
- Respecter en tout temps les réglementations en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement.
- Maintenir des registres précis des opérations et signaler toute anomalie ou incident.
- Participer à des sessions de formation pour rester informé des améliorations des équipements et des processus.
Exigences
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
- Expérience préalable dans l'opération de machines ou équipements dans un environnement de fabrication ou de construction.
- Bonne compréhension des protocoles et procédures de sécurité.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et physiquement exigeant.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et souci du détail.
- Compétences informatiques de base pour la tenue de registres et le reporting.
- Compétences en communication efficaces et capacité à travailler en équipe.
Atouts
- Certification en opération d'équipements ou formation technique pertinente.
- Expérience avec l'asphalte ou les matériaux de construction.
- Connaissance des principes de fabrication lean.
- Maîtrise bilingue en anglais et en français.
