Customer Service Government Representative (Contract)

Are you known for your excellent communication skills and your ability to connect with people? We are gearing up to hire representatives on contract for upcoming on-site positions in Moncton.

As a Customer Service Government Representative , you will provide video call assistance on behalf of a government entity by answering citizen informational needs. This position is a 3-months temporary mandate subject to a possible extension: this is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to get to know our dynamic team!

Your position in a glimpse:

• Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring assistance;
• Kindly assist people by:
  • Validating their identity through video calls;
  • Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal and approval processes;
  • Directing them to another service, if needed.
• Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• You speak English fluently.
• Eligibility criteria:
  • Be available to work 7 days a week between 20 and 40 hours a week, any time between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm (ADT). 
  • You must be able to work from our for all shifts;
• Ability to perform various tasks simultaneously and proficiency with navigating multiple computer applications;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping and interacting with people!

Training start date: October 13th
