Technology Navigator & Delivery Lead

The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical delivery for software upgrade projects
- Manage scheduled release cycles and ensure production readiness
- Lead end-to-end planning and risk management activities
- Drive productive discussions with Architects and Technical Leads
- Conduct Agile Maturity assessments for continuous improvement
- 5–7+ years in technical project delivery roles
- Bachelor’s degree in related technical field
- Strong knowledge of Agile and engineering workflows
- Experience in Banking, Wealth, or Brokerage digital solutions
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
