Remote Personal Lending Specialist BMO

BMO Financial Group

Shape customer engagement as a Remote Personal Lending Specialist at BMO, requiring fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Tailor lending solutions to enhance financial pathways for clients. Advise clients on lending products and borrowing strategies
Ensure accurate processing of customer requests
Keep current with market trends and product offerings
Escalate complex cases to management as necessary
Utilize marketing promotions effectively in customer conversations

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant lending experience
Excellent communication in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Familiarity with call center operations
Ability to handle sensitive financial information
