Position Overview:
Role: Logistics Receiver & Reach Truck Specialist (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Location: Oakville, ON

What You Will Do:
High-density order picking and stock put-aways using a Reach forklift.
Fast-paced unloading of incoming freight containers.
General shipping, receiving, and dock management duties.

Responsibilities
Order Picking: Accurately pick orders using RF scanners, reach trucks, and order pickers.

Inbound Logistics: Unload arriving containers and efficiently organize inventory put-aways.
Shipping/Receiving: Manage dock paperwork and generate documentation for local couriers.
Heavy Lifting: Safely and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs independently.
Team Support: Handle general warehouse and operational duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Licenses: Valid external Reach certification (Order Picker license or experience is a strong asset).
Equipment: Proven experience operating Raymond and Crown Reach forklifts.
Shipping: Hands-on experience processing outbound shipments via local couriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator).
Tech Skills: Proficient with RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
