Food Service Operations Supervisor

Lead food service operations with Aramark as a full-time Food Service Supervisor overseeing schedules, production, safety, and daily activities. Support staff while maintaining quality service.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will coordinate operations alongside a manager and help direct the Food Services Team. Your responsibilities include work scheduling, food production, inventory control, catering coordination, and employee supervision. You will also maintain sanitation, safety, and service standards across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce work schedules and prepare production packets when needed
• Direct daily food service activities and production
• Maintain safe food storage, quality, and serving standards
• Supervise, evaluate, train, and mentor food service employees
• Coordinate catering events, inventory, logs, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• Read, write, and understand verbal instructions
• Complete a sanitation course before or during the first year
• Operate an efficient, cost-effective food service program
• Perform basic arithmetic and maintain accurate records
• Resolve interpersonal situations while maintaining emotional control
