Description de l'emploi
Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un préposé à la vente au détail enthousiaste pour travailler au comptoir de vente au détail et fournir un excellent service à tous nos clients.
Responsabilités professionnelles
- Réaliser différentes activités dans les domaines de la vente et du service à la clientèle pour garantir la satisfaction totale de la clientèle.
- Utiliser un système de point de vente informatique.
- Maintenir un degré de connaissance élevé quant aux produits postaux, aux services et à la livraison.
- Traiter les transactions financières (argent comptant, chèques, paiements par débit et par carte de crédit).
Responsabilités professionnelles (suite)
- Recevoir, trier et classer de manière séquentielle des envois.
- Déployer un effort physique pour manipuler des envois pouvant peser jusqu’à 22,7 kilogrammes (50 lb).
- Placer la marchandise dans les présentoirs.
- Assurer le contrôle des stocks et le marchandisage.
Critères d’admissibilité
- Expérience du service à la clientèle dans un milieu de vente au détail
- Expérience de la vente un atout
